Which course is better, B.Tech in ME or B.Tech in CSE?

Both are good, you should follow your intentions. If you are good at computer programming, it is better to take CSE. Otherwise, mechanical is much better. -
I don't recommend B.Tech in CSE, if you are not interested in computer languages because in today's world there is a huge crowd of students in CSE and in near future there will be very tough competition in IT field.
Yes, mechanical is very good for private and government sector.
