Which course is better, B.Tech or B.Sc (Hons) in physics?

You can go for B.Sc physics honors. You should follow your interest. B.Tech has more value.

To answer this you should understand that both are whole different things and have different scopes, so first of all make clear that what you have to do on future, B.Tech as name suggests have technical value and IIT offers you the best, if asked upon me, I would rather choose IIT.
