Both BBA and B.Com have their own merits and de-merits. It depends entirely on the student's areas of interest before choosing one. If making a career in management is your priority, then you should go for BBA as it the foundation for management and has been specifically designed for MBA aspirants. B.Com on the other hand, is much more diversified and has a wider scope for specialization for post graduate study.

    Hello Ayush,
Career prospects: After BBA, one can find job opportunities in marketing and sales division in corporate sectors or as a management trainee. If one follows up his BBA with an MBA degree from a reputed institute then they have a chance to increase their job prospects along with high salary package. I hope this will help you. Thank you.

BBA is for only management but doing B.Com, you can do MBA or M.Com. That is, you have a choice while doing B.Com but BBA is good for the mind of accountants.

If you have the mind of an accountant, then B.Com will suffice, your higher education opportunities might include M.Com and MBA apart from other courses. If you have a business mind, BBA will do, but If your destination is an MBA any degree will do.
