Which course is better: BJMC or BMM?

BMS, BJMC, BAJMC and B.A. (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. All are Bachelors degree and it is the decision of the university to name the course they offer. BJMC is Bachelor's in Journalism and Mass Communication where the core subject is and around Journalism. While B. M. is a mix of advertising and Journalism plus lets you pick one of either in third (final) year. However, these courses are very similar and entirely depends on how the college curriculum is.
