Which course is better, EIC or CSE?

I have interest in CS but B.C. Roy Engineering College told that I could change my branch if I score 8.5 SGPA in 1st semester.

CSE is definitely better but opt for the engineering branch that you love the most and are most passionate about and analyze the future work conditions, scope and growth prospects before taking admission. You can also opt for psychometric test comprising of aptitude, personality and career interest
