Which course is better, Electronics Engineering or Electronics & Communication Engineering?

I feel both fields are good, but ECE is a slightly more versatile option than traditional Electronics Engineering. For example, ECE is a blend of both hardware and software knowledge, including semiconductors, circuit systems with VLSI, embedded systems, and telecommunications.
The EE is more focused
