Both the Engineering and MBBS have their own benefits for your career. The reason for taking either of the courses depends on your capability. If you are wealthy enough to bare the expenses then you can go for a private college an go with any of the courses according to your interests. Everything else depends on your passion. Whatever you are passionate about, go with that. Thank you.

It purely depends on your mind. Here the mind is not something that is beyond your controlits nothing but the thoughts you thinkwith out any limits
Suppose if you have passion for engineering. When ever your mind SEE an object or thing your mind will think in two ways firstly, you will SEE it as thing. That's it. Secondly. Your mind will try to know how it was invented, how it works, what is the mechanism underlying. Like this that means you have interest in knowing technical things which is suggestive of your interest in engineering.

Honestly, both are good in their own places. But in Indian context you can SEE the number of engineer is bit higher than it's demand but in MBBS case the demand is still high.
