Both the Engineering and MBBS have their own benefits for your career. The reason for taking either of the courses depends on your capability. If you are wealthy enough to bare the expenses then you can go for a private college an go with any of the courses according to your interests. Everything el

Honestly, both are good in their own places. But in Indian context you can SEE the number of engineer is bit higher than it's demand but in MBBS case the demand is still high.
