Which course is better for international students to study in Canada under SPP programme- Diploma or Post Graduate Diploma?
What are the chances for jobs of that course and programme over there?

Hi Vishal Patel, both the programme are different, Diplomas are UG courses and Post Graduate Diploma are PG level which is why you can't compare them. If you have a Bachelor's degree you should study a PG Diploma, SPP colleges have an additional advantage of a 3-year work permit after graduation. And obviously job prospects are high and PG Diplomas are very much in demand. Doing a UG Diploma will give you basic job and not highly paid.
