Which Course is better for job prospect? ADSCM from CII or GDMM from IIMM in kolkata

Advance Diploma in Supply Chain Management (ADSCM) from CII in distance mode & Graduate Diploma in Material Management (GDMM) from IIMM with week end class. PLZ suggest me... I am in a big confusion in between these two courses.
