Which course is better for my future after completing BCA- MCA or MBA?

Greetings from SHIKSHA Since both are good courses. But it totally dependent on you. If you want to do job related to computer science technology then go for MCA. and If you want to do Job related to marketing and business admin then go for MBA.

Both MBA and MCA are completely different fields. MCA will give you indepth knowledge about your subject which you have already done. It will help you enhance and get more information about your subject. If you're interested in your subject and would like to pursue it further, MCA is ideal for you. While, MBA is completely different field which enhances your overall knowledge and all about managing things. If you're interested in changing your career path or if you're interested to have a managerial position, MBA is ideal for you. MBA from top B-School will land you in a very good package like IIM being avg of 17L and other top B-School avg 10-12L. So, if you want a progressive career MBA is a solution to your answer And MCA if you're keen and deeply interested in your subject matter.

MBA is a 2 year degree programme. You can choose the one of your favorites and interested specialization out of the finance, marketing, HR, Operation Etc. To get the admission in MBA, you should have a graduate degree in any discipline with good percentage. Here, we are talking about one of the specializations called Finance. Students were asked that why you are choosing finance as their specialization. Replies, the financial crisis is being counted as the biggest crises of the world. And we had the experienced that before a couple of years. All countries are demanding heavily the skilled financial analyst against their financial sector for preparation and control. Therefore, MBA in finance is most sought programme in across the world. In this course, the students are offered the knowledge and skills of analytical thinking, continuous process, concept of managerial decision, maintaining balance between risk & profitability, coordination process and centralized nature.
