Both BBA, as well as B.Com, lead to MBA. However, while B.Com can lead to a wide array of postgraduate specializations, a BBA degree, on the other hand, can only lead to MBA. It depends on your interest. If you want to go for business & MBA course, BBA is a good option for you. If you want to go for government jobs and are interested in accounting, B.Com will be a better choice.
