    Opting for MBA or PGDM could be mind-boggling, especially when the time is running away and you're required to take a quick decision. That's why it's important guys that you plan well ahead about your PG before completing your graduation. I too had a huge headache :D when umpiring for – MBA Vs PGDM.
    Okay, so it all boils down to the accreditation status of the institute. Your potential PGDM institute should have an AICTE accreditation while your potential institute's affiliated university should be under UGC control.   • You can apply for both PGDM and MBA. PGDM is provided by those institutes which are AICTE approved. If you pursue PGDM then you may do further studies.

    Hi Payal, there is a very thin line of difference between MBA and PGDM, MBA concentrates towards theoretical aspects and PGDM concentrates more of practical studies, however when you apply for a job both will be considered with equal weightage.
