    In my opinion, definitely, B.Tech is better.
    A B.Tech degree is a four-year degree. It enriches your practical knowledge and makes your CV look good. B.Tech includes a wide range of topics, a few of which are engineering math, basic and advanced biology, programming, chemical engineering, industrial biotech, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication, genetic engineering, immunology, biomedical engineering and instrumentation, etc. It's a degree that's so vast that you have many choices for your future career- a software engineer, manager, research scientist, teacher, a pharmaceutical biotechnologist,
