Both are almost the same only difference is in fees and the degree where it comes from. MMS and PG both sit for placements together attend the same events and hold various activities together.

Both courses are same in terms of placements. The only difference in both courses are in their fees or syllabus. MMS is under Mumbai university and PGDM is autonomous.
