    Every course has their own need and importance, it depends on you. If you want to become a bank manager, then you should take admission for PG Diploma in banking, and if you want to go corporate world, then you should go with finance or CMA.     Career and salary prospectus are dependent on a multiple factors, wherein the course and institute from where one pursues, it also play their role.
    MBA/MMS is generally offered by universities, wherein they follow a curriculum approved by the UGC.
    PG Diploma is generally offered by universities/institutes under the autonomous category and here the institute has the freedom bring about changes in the curriculum. The admission process in PG Diploma is also flexible compared to MMS/MBA.

    As far as MBA and PGD are concerned, PGD has better opportunities and salary offering than MBA, provided by autonomous universities.
