Hi Alpita, There is no difference between MBA and PGDM. The only difference is that MBA is offered by University and PGDM by AICTE approved colleges. PGDM colleges are generally more autonomous than MBA universities which is why they are more industry oriented.

Well, it depends since PGDM offers more practical insight and the pedagogy is flexible while MBA syllabus is as designed by the university so both have their own advantage.
