In terms of salary, LLB is better.
BCA only fetches you entry-level jobs in the industry while after completing LLB course, you can go for further specialisations, and after you complete the Master's degree, you can become a judge as well. There are a lot of law firms coming up these days, so definitely you can get hired.
Now, it also depends on you that from which college you want to pursue this course. The college needs to have good infrastructure, faculty, and placement assistance.
    You can go for:
    NLSIU, Bangalore
    NALSAR, Hyderabad
    Campus Law Centre, Delhi
    Symbiosis Law School, Pune
    UPES, Dehradun

With BCA, you can only get entry level Software engineers job. Unless you do MCA, you will have difficulty in getting a good job. LLB will provide you better opportunities as corporate lawyer or in independent practice in comparison to BCA.
