    Hi friend,
I think, Food technology is better than Food Science and nutrition, and it is much better when it is B.Tech in food technology Because Food technology comprises of Food Science and nutrition plus technology or the technical aspects. So, the scope is more for food technology as obviously the areas covered and knowledge is more in food technology. And I think it depends upon your interest. By studying Food Technology you will be placed in food companies like amul, nestle etc. By studying Food Nutrition and Science you can be a dietician and placed in hospitals, gym etc. These two fields are interdependent.
    Good luck!

    Hi Pooja,
I think it actually depends upon your interest. By studying food technology, you can get placed in food companies like Nestle, Coca Cola, etc. By studying food nutrition and science, you can be a dietician and placed in hospitals, gym, etc. These two fields are interdependent. It seems that there are more job opportunities in the field of food technology but dietician is a respectable job.
    Thanks!
