MBA is a post graduation course which could be done only after graduation. It is a good proposition if you go for B.Tech and after passing B.Tech, study MBA in a prestigious institution.

B.Tech is a technical Bachelors degree course. It is for those who want to pursue their career in technical field.
On the other hand, MBA is a management degree course at post graduation level. It will help you to improve and brush up your managerial skills.
If you opt for B.Tech then you have to study for 4 years and you'll get a job hopefully.

I believe hard work pays for sure. Whether you do MBA or B.Tech, you will have to work very hard to get good position. You will have to prove yourself. But as you are from science stream, I would suggest you to go for engineering first and and for an MBA after it. It will lead you towards the best career opportunities.
