I am working since Aug 2012 as Product Development Engineer.I have done Manufacturing Engineering from reputed college with 6.58 on scale of 10.

As an engineer, to enhance your career opportunities :
1) You may opt for M.S to study the research side.
OR
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You may even opt for courses in specialized fields, such as :
-Value Engineering
-Operations Resear

If you have exprience in managment then MBA is nice option for your carrier .
