Which course is better, PGDA or MBA?

Hitesh, they are almost same and equally good. The only difference is that a college gives PGD and universities give MBA as only universities are entitled to give MBA degrees not colleges affiliated to them.
There are different ways of admission in MBA. Some institutes prefer CAT/XAT/ MAT scores only for admission to MBA course. And to appear for CAT/XAT/MAT etc student needs to have 50% in graduation. But eligibility criteria varies for various Management Institutes or Universities, they can take different %age in graduation along with CAT/ MAT/ XAT scores.

PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management):-
This is a post graduate course that is offered by autonomous colleges or institutes. These are not affiliated to any university. It is therefore called “Diploma” and not MBA because MBA can only be offered by colleges that are affiliated to University. One of the famous examples of such institutes is the IIMs.

Firstly it is PGDBA:
PGDBA is Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration.
Difference is of Masters Degree.
Knowledge wise both are totally same. In some cases PGDBA offers wider choice of subjects.
Even placement opportunities are exactly same.
So where does the difference come:
1. PhD: Many universities do not consider PGDBA as its not a Masters degree which is required to do PhD
2. Govt Jobs: In many states PGDBA is not considered as a MBA degree because its not a Masters degree.
If you do not want to do PhD and don't want a government job choose anything it won't matter.
