A MBA is better than PGDM. MBA degree is more acceptable in the job front than PGDM.

Both the courses have their own importance, therefore it depends what you want to opt and what time limits you have for studying. As MBA is a post graduate degree of 2 years and PGDM is Diploma for 1 year, choose wisely according to your interest.
