which course is better RHCE or MCITP ..?

completed B.E with 65% and ccna, ccnp.. now looking into server administration field currently working as an network engineer with an ISP. CAN An RHCE engineer work on MCITP platform server... I am confused which course to opt for which can offer a good salary also.

Dear , If you are to deal with windows server(as presently most are) then MCITP will be better option for you . Similarly as the trend is open source -- RHCE may appear more useful for coming days. But seeing your background I think you may opt for any of the two as domain knowledge matters in the
