If you get a good college, every course is better. It only depends on your interest.

It actually depends on your interest and the area in which you want to settle down. Suppose, if you need an early earning, better to go with B.Tech (but remember all B.Tech branches don't have equal job probability). On other side, if you want to become an expert in a subject and to do research then you should go for B.Sc, M.Sc and then PhD.

    Go for B.Tech.
In current scenario, B.Tech is the most rewarding degree among all the graduate level degrees that comes with maximum job seeking factor

According to my point of view it will be better if you go for Btech .Both Bsc And Btech Are Good But The diffrence is Bsc is A Ordinary Degree And In Other Hand Btech Is A Professional Degree .
Even If it Is Btech Or Bsc One More Important Thing You Have To Keep In Mind Is that The University Or Collage You Choose Plahs An Important Role.So Go For A Reputed Institution .
    Best Of Luck

Seeing your experience I feel you can do project management or AMBA. recognized MBA. After so many years now doing your higher studies one for uplifting your career or to go abroad and settle down. if your keen on upgrading do your masters in Uk and then see settle down anywhere in the world. Alternatively you take up a Level 7 diploma course in New Zealand and get PR within 2 and half years.
