Which course is better to pursue after Bachelors in mechanical engineering in terms of salary prospects: MBA or M.Tech?

It depends on you whether you want to pursue your career in more of a technical work or get into management. For specializing in a technical degree, go for M.Tech and for management, you can go for MBA.

In current scenario MBA after graduation will give you a better salary as compared to M.Tech. MBA opens a number of career options than latter. Pursuing MBA from a top B-School will help you in shaping a good career.

Taking up MBA after B.Tech might be a positive move, as it provides a technical graduate with management knowledge. Jobs in the corporate world need both technical and management knowledge and MBA after B.Tech is the perfect combination for a successful career.
