Which course is better to pursue after mechanical engineering: MBA or M.Tech? Which course has better job opportunities?

Hi,If your interest lies in management career then MBA is the better option but you wish to be in the technical side and then grow in administration then M.Tech is better. Whatsoever you do, do from a reputed institution like IITs or IIMs. UG can be done from any private also but PG only from these institutes as branding/ stamping and depth of knowledge matters more otherwise you'll suffer through a career.

In my opinion, MBA is a better option to go for since after doing it, you will be equipped with both managerial and technical skills. Rest depends on what are your choices or in what kind of career you want to indulge ahead. -
After completing B.Tech in Mechanical you have two option, either you can do MBA or you can do M.Tech in the relevant discipline. So, it is your choice about what do you want to pursue. Well, I completely believe the choice is yours but, the MBA course includes business management, planning, marketing, financial management, and many other skills that entrepreneurs need, which makes it a highly desirable degree to be pursued after B.Tech. I would also like to mention that Students who have an analytical and technical bent of mind are more suited for MS and M.Tech whereas students with an aptitude for entrepreneurial and managerial skills are more suited for an MBA.
