Both the courses are having bright future ICWAI offers the course which is related with accountancy. The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) offers the course CS which is concerned with law related aspects like legal law matters, company governance, security laws etc. It all depend upon ur own interest. CS is considered as one of the best course and one can become as a company secretary after pursuing CS. After that u can also persue something related to CS then better to opt for MBL 2 years degree. Hi Ayesh, ofcourse you can pursue CS or CMA along with MCom. You see the pass rate of CMA is low. If you are ready to hardwork then you definitely can become a CMA. There are CMAs in our society. How did they pass?. You really have to work hard. Your hardwork and luck will determine your result. Still you want to pursue an easy one then I would suggest that you should opt CS.
    Hope this helped you.
