Hi
There are no such big differences between three.
If you go for BCA then there is a slightly better chance for going forward because you will be able to get into MCA and eligible to settle down your career in IT.
In contrast after BSC-IT or Computer Science you may pursue MSC as higher studies.

According to me BCA is better amongst these 3. Depends on your long-term goals. In case you are unsure of that, you might want to consider some of these factors: The job opportunities after BCA are far better than B.Sc. The pay package that one gets after BCA will be better than what one gets after

According to me, BCA is better than B.Sc because BCA is more concerned with software technology and its applications in practical than B.Sc IT.

BCA is better than B.Sc in computer Science and also from B.Sc in IT, as it has good scope, and it is also efficient in providing you with enough knowledge about the computers and their applications and also about the software field.

Among the three, B.Sc in computer Science is the better option, as it has good scope, and is comparatively better than other two.
