USA is good for both Technical and Management education. If you can get admission in any of the top ten B Schools of USA you will have a very bright future.

In my view both are excellent programs. I'm not sure if you are a fresher or an experienced professional. In case you are an experienced professional with over three years of experience then you ideally have acquired relevant technical skills and now you should focus on acquiring management skills that would help you move up the career value chain. Therefore an MBA is recommended. However, if you are a fresher with a technical background then either look out for relevant jobs or hone up further technical skills through a masters in relevant field. Hope this helps.

ME is research based where as MBA is a management based programme so you need to choose as per your personal attributes , skills and interests. While both may pay you well the point is what will keep you passionate to innovate.

Both have excellent careers. If you are technically strong in ur subjects you can opt for MS in abroads by appearing for GRE (Us,Germany,Singapore etc).If you feel to take a shift from technical domain to Management domain you could opt for MBA from (London,California etc) after taking up GMAT.
    All the best :-)

Both the courses are unique in their own way. It all depends upon your choice of making a career in a particular field. MBA from the top universities of foreign nations like, US is mostly done by those, who have some amount of work experience (Preferably above 3 years). Whereas, ME/MS doesn't require any work experience.

It depends on your interest, if you like engineering then do MS or if you are interested in management then choose MBA.
    All the best.
