Hello, Surely, B.Tech, M.Tech and Ph.D. is the better option here because they are more promising than the simple graduation courses. Furthermore, you also can apply for jobs soon after your B.Tech gets over. Goodluck.

You must go for B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D. as after doing Ph.D. either after B.Sc. or B.Tech your main aim will be teaching. On the other hand B.Sc+M.Sc will take comparatively lesser time.

Hi, As per my view, B.Tech + M.Tech and Ph.D is the best option. It will take little more time to complete but you will get a depth knowledge and this will help you in Ph.D. The best college list depends on your subject and also it varies from course to course.

Of you can do Ph.D, then better go for Ph.D , then you can get an doctrine and also you can have more scope and job opportunities with a good salary in India as well as aboard. Better to take more reference and take further step in your career. All the best

B.tech in biotechnology is a very good option. There are many job opportunities in this field. After doing graduation, you can go for M.tech in same. If you can finance your M.Tech in an overseas university, then career prospects are a way lot better.
