Which course is better to pursue in M.Tech amongst aeronautical engineering or mechanical engineering after completing B.Tech (ME)?

I would suggest M.Tech in mechanical. See, mechanical is an evergreen branch with wide scope so chances for getting a job will be more.

Aeronautical engineering is more of a specialized stream where you will limit your job opportunities to the respective segment of industry.
