BBA and Hotel Management both are good. If you want to make career in MBA hotel management then go for graduation in hotel management otherwise do BBA.
In MBA there are many specializations you can choose as per your choice.
Its good that you are taking admission in IHM mumbai. Alternatively you can also check admission in
    1. IRMA – Institute of Rural Management Anand
    2. LPU - Lovely professional university
    3. XIMB – Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneshwar
    4. Nirma Institute of Managemen Ahmadabad

You need to introspect for this answer. There is no right or wrong which I can tell you. Its what you want to do in your career. Business Administration and Hotel Management are two very different career options. Dont stress about the MBA right now. First, start your graduation in a stream of your choice in a good college.
