Pankaj, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up Programming and take a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). With your E & C background I suggest networking. java and .net also has good scope.
you can do any or all ( Linux, Dotnet, java, Oracle or Networking ( cisco) ) of IT Skills certification program of State University of New York USA, EFS Academy @ Rs 2400 under MIITE Project. with Mentor support it

Nishant You can choose Linux as one of the platform to go ahead. Most of the Servers are running on Linux only. Being Electronics and Communication person Networking is the ultimate path to go ahead.
