BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest. After BCA for a better career one should for MCA also but in case of B.Tech. You can immediately look forward

In my opinion, you should choose a B.Tech course. In general, B.Tech (CSE) course is compared equal to BCA+MCA course. So If you have an option then you should choose B.Tech. For admission, you have to give LPU Entrance test, Generally, you will get admission In LPU easily, there is no such issue. Y
