BCA makes you adept at the application level of computers whereas B.Tech makes you proficient at the technical level (Software, Hardware, applications etc. ). It depends upon your interest. In my opinion, you should choose a B.Tech course. In general, B.Tech (CSE) course is compared equal to BCA+MCA course. So If you have an option then you should choose B.Tech.
