After your B.Sc, you can go for M.Sc MLT which would be the direct progression. You could also go in for M.Sc microbiology, bioinformatics etc. You could also opt for clinical research training through courses offered by various institutes (icriindia.com, cliniminds.com, Academy for clinical excellence), which will equip you for a career in clinical trials/clinical research.
