which course is good for me and has maximum job opportunities: SAP or Oracle?. my percentage in B.E. in computer science is just 56%

my aggregate percentage in B.E.(computer science) is just 56%. I have worked in 1 company for 7 months as a php developer but later i came to know that in php web development you wont get much salary. So i am now planning for doing SAP or Oracle course. suggest me which course is good for me.
