Both Executive MBA and PGDM in HR are good courses for working professionals, but the choice depends on individual career goals and interests. Executive MBA is suitable for those interested in general management and leadership roles, while PGDM in HR is for those interested in specializing in HR. Factors such as institution reputation, course curriculum, mode of delivery, and flexibility should also be considered when making a decision. *note : do upvote if I was helpful and follow me to get more information in future.
