Look, both are good but there are few difference that you should know. An MBA is for those who seek a university programme to get a holistic view of the programme while the PGDM is for those who seek specialisation in the area of their interest. if you will do PGDM from GLBIMR, i assure that you yourself will feel the difference. PGDM is more practical, focuses more on what actually a company demands from a candidate. So no doubt PGDM is the best. -
Dear Abhishek, Thank you for showing interest in GLBIMR. MBA courses are offered by Universities and they follow syllabus approved by University.University syllabus are not flexible and to bring changes in the syllabus keeping in mind current industry trends is a time consuming process. PGDM ,on the other hand is an Autonomous program where in syllabus as per industry standards. Out of PGDM and MBA ,many corp orates prefer PGDM more as its syllabus is updated and more practical exposure is provided to the students in form of certification programs,workshops,conferences, seminars etc.
