    It depends on people to people, but according to me B.Tech is far good than BCA as you will get more opportunities than in BCA.

    B.Tech is a 4 year engineering course whereas BCA is a 3 year degree course on computer related programming and languages. After 10 + 2 Student from Science stream only can apply. Students from any stream can apply but they have English and mathematics as compulsory subject
    Course fee is higher than BCA Course fee is less compared to B.Tech
    Student must qualify the state level or national level entrance examination You may need to appear for CET examination.
