Both the courses are good but B.Pharma is better. It depends on one's own interests but after B.Sc. in biotech you have to do M.Sc. in biotech.

Both courses are good, just that you need to pursue appropriate post graduate courses after B.Sc Biotech as having a B.Sc alone would not have that much weight-age. B.Pharm can get you a good package if you're a B.Pharm from a renowned pharmacy college.

    Hi,
Both of these courses are good. If you want to do B.Sc in biotechnology, then you have to do M.Sc in biotechnology which is having limited seats in different institutes. But you can prepare for JNUs entrance exam for getting admission in M.Sc.
In terms of salary, biotechnology is better as its scope is also better. Also, you work in different sectors unlike B.Pharma as after it, you can work either as a pharmacist, drug inspector or in a pharmaceutical research and development field. I also did B.Sc and M.Sc in biotechnology and even I am working in a pharmaceutical organization.
    Choose wisely.
