You can take supply chain management using SAP SCM module. This course is been provided by SAP itself, however fees could be high near Rs.2 Lacs, but most sought after for jobs. I personally will recommend you SCM EXE and SCM Pro by CII as I, myself have done it and proud enough for the knowledge that I have received. It will help you, not only for store profession, but a lot more than that. You have to start with CII's SCM EXE first.
