The best possible course as per your qualifications and interests would be a regular masters in pharmacy. In order to be eligible for the same at this university, you need to have atleast 75% and above in your bpharmacy, as well as a GRE score above 1200(1300+ recommended).

It is difficult to answer what is beneficial for you... an MS or an MBA. We need to know what your interest is, where do you want to see yourself a few years from now etc. etc. So with just a one liner above it will hard to guide you. Hope you understand. There are a lot of hospital admn. co
