Which course is more beneficial: MSW in HR or MBA in HR?

    Both the courses are good. MSW gives more exposure on the development sector side whereas MBA (HR) gives exposure more on the corporate side. Thus, keeping in mind your long term career goals as to in which sector you want to work you need to decide on the course.

    Good,
    MBA is HR is obviously a better choice, as it has a broader aspect. MSW is restricted to Social Works/Services. Better to go for MBA as it will provide you dual specialisation benefits which won't be available in MSW.

    Hello! An MBA in HR is more prevalent and recognised than MSW. There are a lot of reputed colleges offering MBA/PGDM in HR in India like XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, etc.
