Which course is more valuable after BCA- M.Sc computer science from DU or MBA in IT from PU (UIAMS)?

M.Sc will be better for you. It will not only save your year but also equip you for lectureship jobs in any colleges. Completing Masters early means 1 more year to try for government jobs as per age bar and you can complete your MCA if you want to do so even after M.Sc, through distance learning directly in 3rd year. So you will have 2 Masters instead of 1, if you do M.Sc first.
