which course is needed after mechanical engineering in a construction industry to get better career growth.currently i am a jr. enginner.

i am a diploma in mechanical engineering from wbscte on 2008 & scored 69% marks.b.tech mechanical is going on.experience 3 yrs as a jr. enginner(workshop) in a mnc const. company,india. i am lokking forward for internation jobs also.
