Which course is preferable for graduation?
I have scored 80.2% in 12th from commerce side and currently I am working as steno in Dwaraka Court since last 4years and have one daughter. I am very much weak in English.

Please start by self-study. Purchase books like "Speedly English Speaking Course" or "Rapidex Course". Both are in Hindi, and will teach you day-to-day English -both written and spoken.
Thereafter, get yourself registered for a distance education graduation course.I agree with Anjani that IGNOU is

Do B.Com or B.A. as per your interest as private candidate or under distance education. for distance education IGNOU is the best option for you
