After completing Engineering, you have many options to do.
You can go for further studies like M. Tech, MBA etc.
You can do any course in which you are interested.
You can Prepare for Government job Exams.
You can do any Private job in good company.
in all these options i wan tot suggest you to choose Government Job Exam preparations, because we all know about the benefits of Govt jobs.
You can apply for IBPS PO, IBPS Clerk, SSCG CGL, SSC CHSL, railway NTPC, RRB JE, RRB SSE & other Exams.

Ravi the best would be to do MBA form one of the premier institues of Inida such as IIM Ahmedabad, Kolkata, lucknow etc. After MBA form reputed institutes you might get picked up directly by good paymaster employers of India.
