Which course is the best with job/career prospects:-B.Sc. IT; BCA; or B.Sc. Comp Sc.?

I am an above average student of 12th Std. and would take my 12th final exams. in 2015. I scored 80% in my 10th (ICSE) board. I am hopeful of getting 85% in 12th final exam. Which degree course related to computers would be better for me keeping in view the placement and career prospects.
