Which course option is better among B.Sc agriculture from ICAR and B.Tech from UIIT, Shimla?

both stream has different career option so comparing is not a good thing and does not make any sense. ICAR does not offer any course

I just want to know, is UIIT a good option for doing B.Tech or not? Moreover, if I clear ICAR exam, will I get a seat?
