Which course option is better among CA and MBA after completing B.Com?

According to my recommendation, you may consider MBA from top B-School through that you would get knowledge, skills, management policy, marketing strategy, financial planning, etc.
Top B-School offer excellent placement opportunities and incubator facilities for young entrepreneurs.
I have seen many CA or CS prefer MBA programme for further growth.

Actually, CA & MBA both are two different career path not even similar one. MBA is totally different from CA. MBA is a general degree whereas CA is a specialisation of sorts. But when you hold MBA with B.Com Degree, then you will have similar career opportunities. A Qualified CA can get an average starting salary of 5-8 Lacs for annum. Whereas for MBA graduates, the average MBA salary in India which is offered in top B-Schools may range from 12-15 Lacs per annum. It depends on you. You can either go for CA where core finance will be needed. Or else if you want to master management of finance you can pursue MBA in Finance. Analyst positions are offered for MBA graduates. I am a student of Doon Business School and currently pursuing MBA in Finance. Yhe seniors have grabbed placements of upto 22.5 Lacs here.
